We do not offer refunds; however, store credit will be provided for approved refunds or issues.

If any 3D-printed item arrives broken, or breaks during your first use, we’re happy to replace the part at no cost. This applies even if the damage was accidental.

We kindly ask customers to check their local garden centers for replacement terracotta pots before reaching out to us. Shipping replacements creates unnecessary environmental impact, and we encourage sustainable solutions whenever possible. We will provide a $5 store credit with evidence of a broken pot if this is done.

Monstera Plant Coaster Set includes a 3.5" terracotta pot.

Anthurium Plant Coaster Set includes a 4" terracotta pot.

Please note: The 3D-printed plant is not glued into the pot. This allows the pot to serve as both storage and makes it easy to replace if needed.
